By using Kindred Lane, you agree to participate in good faith, respect community trust boundaries, and use the service only for supported sharing, borrowing, buying used, donating, or related coordination.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and linked identity providers secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you report unauthorized use promptly.

Community participation rules

Kindred Lane communities are trust-bounded spaces. You agree to follow the participation rules, invitation limits, and moderation expectations set by your community organizers and by Kindred Lane.

We may suspend or remove community access when participation creates safety, trust, or abuse concerns.

Browser extension and supported use

The Kindred Lane extension is designed to work on supported Amazon product pages so you can check community options before buying new.

You may not use the extension to interfere with Amazon pages, bypass service protections, or collect data beyond the intended product flow.

Member-generated requests and offers

Members are responsible for the accuracy of their requests, offers, item condition details, timing, and pickup or coordination terms.

Kindred Lane helps members discover and coordinate exchanges, but it is not the seller, lender, shipper, or insurer of community items.

Prohibited behavior

You may not use Kindred Lane to harass, deceive, spam, impersonate others, or coordinate prohibited goods or unsafe exchanges.

You also may not attempt to scrape unrelated data, reverse engineer private systems, or bypass security and trust controls.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of Kindred Lane as the product evolves. We may also change supported browsers, Amazon contexts, or community features over time.

When changes materially affect these Terms, we will update the date or version shown on this page.

Liability and disclaimers

Kindred Lane is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee continuous availability, perfect matching accuracy, or successful outcomes for any exchange.

To the extent permitted by law, Kindred Lane is not liable for losses arising from member interactions, item condition disputes, or unsupported third-party platform behavior.
